When you fill in a form on our site, we collect what you enter:- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Demo request and spec sheet download forms: your name, company, email address and any other details you choose to include, such as what you want to measure.
Information Collected Automatically
- Technical data: like most websites, our web host and our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
- Spam protection: our site uses Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how you interact with the page to tell people from bots, and the contact form also uses Akismet to filter spam. Our demo request and spec sheet forms use Zoho’s own spam checks. Google’s use of this information is covered by its Privacy Policy.
- Form analytics: our demo request and spec sheet forms are provided by Zoho, which records visits to the pages that show them so we can see how the forms are used.
- Videos: the videos on our Media page are hosted on YouTube. YouTube may set cookies when you play one, under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Who We Share It With
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and are allowed to use it only for that purpose:- Zoho, which runs our CRM and email
- Mailgun, which delivers the emails our forms send
- Cloudflare and our web host, which deliver and protect the site
- Google (reCAPTCHA) and Automattic (Akismet), which filter spam
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you or for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or keep it only where the law requires.Your Choices
- Emails: reply to any of our emails or use the unsubscribe link to stop follow-ups.
- Access, correction and deletion: email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We’ll respond within 45 days.
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live, including Colorado, you may have additional rights under state law. We’ll honor them as the law requires.
